Analyst 1

As an analyst, you will learn the basics of consulting by the book and contribute to the quantitative and qualitative analysis performed for our clients and internally. You will be integrated into the engagement problem solving process, and in direct contact with experienced team members, clients, and international expert. 

Analysts would benefit from multiple training and on the job coaching from multiple experienced staff in Strategy Consulting.

    Key Responsibilities:

• Take part in studies/proposals delivery.
  
• Identify issues and problems to solve for clients.
• Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data and reports related to the problem.
• Prepare and participate in problem-solving meetings.
• Interview clients and experts.
• Develop recommendations and synthesis for clients.
• o Write and structure deliverables, documents, presentations, calculation models, etc.
• o Report on a regular basis to a senior collegue.

   Qualifications and Required Competencies:     

Key Competencies: 

• High level of commitment.
• Proven knowledge of Consulting framework.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and team-collaboration skills.
• Required fluency in English, French : level C1 is recommended for both languages.

Required Degrees and Experience:

• Masters or MBA from a leading business or engineering school.
• 0-4 years experience in consulting or related field.
• International Mobility.
• Strong extracurriuclar activities.
• High level of personal values.
